Established in 1964, Nottingham West is a deed restricted community in west Houston, Texas. Our neighborhood consists of 349 single-family homes, a mix of both original and new construction. Nottingham West is a part of the Spring Branch Independent School District, and is zoned to Wilchester Elementary, Spring Forest Middle School, and Stratford High School. We are within walking distance to Harris County's Nottingham Park (with splash pad!), and minutes from some of the finest dining and shopping in Houston, including favorites like Memorial City Mall and the Taste of Texas.
